By Using our website you are accepting our terms & conditions.All prices are in £ pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT.
We reserve the right to increase prices due to increases applied to our suppliers, but will contact you via email if an increase is relevant on new orders before despatch to allow cancellation of order.
All products are carefully checked before despatch and in the unlikely event of breakage or damage we must be notified within 3 days in writing or email.
This does not affect your statutory rights or your rights under 'the distance selling regulations'
Customers have the right to cancel and order within 7 days providing we are informed within this time.
If you choose to cancel the customer is responsible for the total cost of shipping for returning the goods, If you are dissatisfied for any reason, with any item supplied, you may return within 7 days providing you contact us via writing or email before returning the goods. Under no circumstance will we accept goods back which have not adhered to these conditions. The goods must be in original condition, unused, complete with packaging and all labels attactched and in the case of clothing must not have been worn.

When an order is processed you will be informed by email the availability, if an item is out of stock an availability date will be given, giving you the alternative to cancel or wait for delivery

Terms used for describing our Products
Clothing
As our range of clothes are imported from India and are mainly Fair Traded & Hand Made there may be imperfections in the colours as the dyes used are natural dyes, Also there may be variations in shades.
Garments should be hand washed in cold water, dried flat and preferably out of sunlight as this can bleach the colour. Washing instructions are clearly marked on each piece of clothing.
All Skirts, Shirts and trousers will vary in colour as they are hand made, we will always try to provide as exact match as ordered, but if you have any specific requirements please let us know when you place your order and will endevour to meet your needs
Carvings
Each Carving is unique therefor no two carvings are identical and may differ from the image which is only a guide to the actual piece.

We make every effort to give an accurate description but if you are unsure about the description of any one of our products, please contact us to confirm , before placing an order.
Distressed/ Chabby Chic
When an item is described as 'distressed' or 'Chabby Chic' the term indicates that this item will show signs of wear and imperfection basically to resemble 'old & used' such as cracks, splits, uneven surfaces, rubbed paintwork and other blemishes. There may also be variations in paint, shade, finish between two pieces within the same range. If you are looking for pieces in perfect condition then distressed or chabby chic may not be for you
Wood Items
It is not unusual for wool to crack or split within a centrally heated home, and it is completley normal, likewise if placed in damp conditions this is more noticeable with pieces with drawers and cupboards which may stick in damp conditions. Timber items should not be placed in direct sunlight or left out of doors, have water glasses or plants etc placed on the surface as this will deteriorate the wood, this also applies to painted or polished surfaces.
Root & Driftwood
Although these pieces have been produced from fallen trees or driftwood, left outside in the various weather conditions they will almost certainly change colour and may split. Keep inside the home and do not place in direct sunlight as a change in colour may be experienced and splitting may occour, also it is advisable to keep away from radiators this will alleviate splitting and bleaching.
Wood is a natural product so it can and will react to temperature change.
